The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Southeast (CCISE) has successfully completed two full cycles of ISO 9001-2008 certification, leading to improved performance, enhanced management of its activities, significantly increased satisfaction among its members and partners, and the expansion of its service scope. This has contributed to the development of the industrial, commercial, artisanal, and service sectors throughout the Southeast of Tunisia.

Our quality management system has been a driving force behind our ambitions, serving as a valuable tool for continuously improving our internal operations.

The renewal of certification in compliance with the new requirements of ISO 9001-2015 was accomplished with distinction in 2016, thanks to the commitment of all our human resources.
